1. Fifth, the lobby area is very nice with plenty of couches, chairs, tables, etc.Now for some of the things that were not so good.

7. The other staff didn't even acknowlge my presence when I walked through the lobby even when I said hello, the bellmen ignored me and where standing around together talking or texted on their phones.
