Our Highlights--asked for two extra pillows, they could only give us one-No towels on the first day when room was cleaned, staff acted like it was our fault-Second day we tried to rent a movie on TV, from the room, took 3 trips to the front desk and several cuss words to rent a movie, for 11 bucks I might add-The third day we arrived back from a day of sightseeing to a room that was not cleaned, no towels etc. when we questioned the front desk they replied that it was not their responsibility, again, after several cuss words they had a maid come to clean the room-The whole towel issue was due to a fabric shower curtain that allowed all the water from the shower to flood the floor, thus requiring the need for every towel to sop up all the water every day.

4. Crumbled peanuts were found on the sofa, liquid remained in the coffee pot, shampoo left by previous customer was not cleared off, and all three pillows were in the color of yellow.

6. Stayed at this hotel for four days in the same room and didn't notice a problem until I was packing up on the last day and saw one bedbug crawling across the pillow that I had just slept on.

7. There was pubic hair on most of the pillow cases (looked like someone walked on the pillows or did whatever on them' and the beds and some 'stains' on the sheets.
