6. (think they thought I might get loud as other guests were around) The clerk asked me to right that I would not disclose that they had this problem, so he could explain to his manager why he refunded me.

7. One thing we really liked is that the manager said 'long term' parking was in the back of the hotel, but we could park our car anywhere in the parking lot we felt comfortable leaving it.

8. When checking in the manager at the front desk gave us a non smoking room when we ordered a smoking room, he argued saying that we requested non smoking, we took the conformation print out down to him and he still argued.
