7. The only complaint for us was that the pillows were a bit hard and we had forgotten to bring travel size conditioner and the hotel did not supply that, only shampoo so we went and bought some at the drugstore.

8. Finally, the free wireless internet was slower than dial-up, the pillows were lumpy, and the AC kept making this weird noise whenever the fan turned off, which woke me up at night.
