4. It was more than adequate in size The manager said that they will be replacing the carpet , TVs (with flat screens) and furnishings starting next week- but there was nothing wrong with the existing furniture.

The Positives:-terrific location and lovely neighborhood - an easy and enjoyable walk anywhere in the Downtown area;-front desk friendliness - the General Manager, John (I think) is just such a friendly, helpful individual - he is a wealth of info about Philly and is a great resource;-relatively quiet - although on a well-traveled street, it is a pretty quiet little Inn at nightThe Less Than Positives:-pillows are like bags of sand - bring your own!-small rooms - but, hey, remember the PRICE.

Kevin, Curtis, Chris, Daniel, Warren, and the manager John were very accomodating and professional in a positive manner to my physical needs in terms moving luggage, moving my motorized scooter, or other things that may impede my path so I can have equal access to the environment at the hotel as did non-disabled travelers.

7. Tried to book 10 rooms in September here starting last week; was advised by folks answering the phone that only the general manager, John Cochie, could accommodate such a request.
