4. The only issues we had were: the pool closes at 10 pm, the pillows were worthless, and the only ice was what was in the freezer in the room (which ran out quickly).

5. The suite was clean and tidy when we arrived, with plenty of towels - we asked for some more pillows (as we all have at least two pillows each at home) and they arrived straight away.
