1. Twice before 11am on our check out day, the maid came to our room to see if we had checked out yet.

2. We opted out of having the room fully serviced as we knew that with the amount of luggage, christmas presents, and children we would rather do it ourselves, but we still recieved a knock on the door every morning from the maid to replenish our towels and take our trash away which was great.
