1. * Date of stay October 2010 Management response from Lee Pan, Guest Relations Manager (Management representative) Oct 12, 2010 We are shock and surprised about this incident, as you can see from our hotel's TripAdvisor reviews history and all the on-line travel web site reviews, our hotel never had a report of bed bug incident in any of our rooms.

2. The manager went above and beyond - He gave us the same expedia bargain rate when I had goofed and booked us a day short.

3. Room could of had a little bigger tv, which by the way may be by the next time I stay, was told by a hotel manager that they were updating w/ flat screen tvs and adding some other items to the rooms.

4. When we rerported the incident to the staff she made a call to her manager who told her to see if in fact they were bed bugs and place one in a cup so he could look at it later.
