1. I had asked for a room on the highest floor possible and they gave us a room on the 16th floor which had a great view and less street noise.

10. The room was very small (like the cabin on a ship) and a little worn, but there was a nice view of the city, the bed was super comfortable, and there were great blackout shades so it was possible to sleep in.
