6. I put in a request for a quiet room and they fulfilled that: I was given a room on one of the topmost floors in the corner and it had a breathtaking view of the Bay and City.

8. Our room was clean, but small - with no view, staff was friendly, and location was within easy walking distance down to the market and pier if mobility isn't an issue.

9. Had a great view of the Koolhuis Library next door, and was across the hall from the very small 'Cardio Room' that has one running machine, one cross trainer and one stationary bike, as well as the ubiquitous television set that Americans can't seem to operate without.
