4. Negatives - Hard to find (located behind the hospital) but our view wasn't bad (the college soccer field), no pool (it was close to 100 degrees during our stay), the air conditioning couldn't keep up with demand, and you pay an additional $25 per day for parking in the medical parking garage.
"This hotel was better than other reviews suggested. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/25/2010 Vote
5. What you get for the money: the wifi is not free, the coffee lacks extras such as cream and sugar, view isn't special (mostly courtyard, depending on your location), tv is negligible, but there are materials to iron clothes, the shower water pressure is wonderful, there is an in-room safe (programmable by several different methods to secure and open), and the beds are so comfortable it's easy to oversleep.
"Pricey without deals - Minimalist; No Bells or Whistles. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/18/2012 Vote
6. The view from my room was of the adjacent hospital building -- big, boxy, and frankly ugly.
"No WiFi, no view, not close to metro " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/21/2009 Vote
7. This hotel is certainly not in the most convenient locations and if you are staying here with a view to exploring the most popular Washington DC site (the White House, National Mall etc).
"Bad (ish) Location, Ok rooms, understaffed! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/24/2009 Vote
8. Even after renovation the rooms will still be small and lacking any real view.
"It is what it is " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/5/2010 Vote
