1. I stayed here with my wife while attending a small conference sponsored by the Georgetown President's Office, so our bill was paid by the University.

3. Got a deal on this hotel through Priceline, didn't consider the possibility that I could end up in a non smoking hotel (they even make you sign a waiver stating you would be billed $250.00 if caught smoking in the room)In fact the university campus the hotel is located inside has signs up stating that the entire campus is smoke free.

4. The service is not good and had issues with incorrect billing, etc. Food choices are very limited nearby, so expect to drive or 10 - 15 min walk to decent food.
