2. The shower head had a leak in it that sprayed water uselessly sideways, and it was amazing how a king-deluxe room could feature a bathroom so economically tiny with little to no counter-space.

7. The bathtub had a straight back that didn't allow for leaning back to enjoy a nice soak, which is usually the point of taking a bath rather than a shower.
