Nice hotel, older, comfortable beds, warm pool, perfect location, FREE WIFI, FREE PARKING, attached JBs Restaraunt (not free, but your paying MUCH cheaper in room cost than the others near it).

Friendly staff, no problems, fast elevators,
parking
garage ($5 for guests), next to a major light rail station, quiet hallways and room doors, clean.

Plus with the cold weather it was great to have the covered
parking
, especially since it was only $5 at a downtown location.

- It is possible to find in Salt Lake City other hotels where the staff is friendly,
parking
and breakfast are free, beer and wine are available, and WiFi works.

Parking
was in the adjacent deck for $5.00 for the night and the lower two levels had direct access to the hotel as long as you were in by 11pm.

Coming in to the hotel through the basement door from the
parking
deck did remind me a little of a hospital or dormitory basement - sterile white walls and lots of rooms with doors that had glass in the top half and a curtain for privacy.
