1. We heard the noise of showers and our loud neighbors who decided to bounce a ball outside our door and congregate the family there in the mornings.

9. the mirror where my two year old had touched it with two year old grimy fingers was still grimy, and funny two days later it was still the same, our shower did not drain we spoke to the front desk and still it was not fixed, we had to call again, this time directly to maintenance and finally it was fixed.
