1. We did find the pillows to be too high and big, the room (esp floors) weren't always cleaned, no towels poolside (had to bring own from room), towels were thin and worn, and the kid's wading pool wasn't very impressive.

4. The beds were pillow top and very comfortable, I have never stayed at a Disney resort and slept the entire night through, I did here.
