1. Half of the main entrance door was blocked by a planter (door was broken)The cold water handle in the bathroom was installed improperly and the handle in the shower was broken.

9. I understand there was some kind of piping emergency, but to shut off all the water without notice and leave tourists sitting in their rooms without the ability to take a shower, etc. Every time I called the front desk, I was told, 'The water will be back on soon.

10. The beds were comfortable, the towels were great, the location is good for the Orlando area, there was no water pressure in the shower, the 'beautiful' terrace needs to be cleaned and utilized, and the staff appeared friendly but definately need to work on ensuring customer satisfaction.
