1. Rooms were clean and tidy - housekeeping did a great job keeping our room clean and tidy - I was with my husband and two sons aged 11 and 14 ( who made the most of the free internet while they were waiting for me to get ready- keeping all their firends informed of their hols on facebook lol) We found the complimentary free breakfast good (toast/ bagels/juice/coffee) was a good start to the day, always topped up - maybe could do with another toaster but only a short wait , didnt try the full breakfast so can not comment on this for value for money.

7. The only thing housekeeping did do was make the beds, replace the towels, and pick up the tip I left for them.
