1. There was no manager on Duty to complain to and was told 'Bill' (i think) was in tommorrow and given his card.

4. it was a cute themed hotel , the staff was very nice, everyone, the housekeeping staff in the halls greet you, the managers ask how your stay is going, very friendly.
