3. Again, this is a boutique hotel with lots of charm in an old creole mansion so if you're looking for an uber-hip, modern place with a big flat screen HDTV and waterfall rain shower, you will be more comfortable at the W Hotel.

8. They have turn down service at night, and I requested that my towels be replaced nightly as well as anyone who has been to the Jazz fest knows it is a 2 shower a day event.
