1. As everyone else has said, it is located on the lovely Chartres Street, enough removed from the hustle and bustle of Bourbon Street that it is completely quiet; but only a 10-minute stroll to all the action.

2. - you can have breakfast in the courtyard but it is really, really smallAt the end of the day, you can use this hotel only to sleep but there are no places to sit and relax after a long day walking by the streets of New Orleans.
