8. You know I understand the broken water main is not their fault, but they should be understanding that when you check into a hotel you kind of expect to take a shower in the morning and want to go somewhere else when they don't have water at the end of the day.

9. Well 1 hour later I finally got the manager, his offer was to come downstairs, take a shuttle to the Marriott 5 blocks away, take a shower and shuttle back to the Hilton.
