4. Easy access to highway 45 and a local mall and several resturants around and shuttle service to and from the airport.

5. As many have said previously, although logistically this is a great location in terms of access to major highways and the IAH airport, it's a very bad spot if you plan to do anything outside of the hotel (eat, shop, run, walk, visit tourist areas, etc.).

We couldn't find any good restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood (and most of the casual dining places seemed a bit sketchy), but the hotel location was good for our night layover - we had been renting a car while in Texas, so we stayed at the Hilton (good parking area) and took the back road to the airport the next morning (avoided the highway completely).
