1. The bathroom ceiling and vent above the shower head was stained/rust colored, there was a large discolored piece of plywood screwed to one of the bathroom walls (where I assume they access the pipes), the towels were sort of dingy, and it just didn't feel clean (even if it was).

6. When I went to take my shower the next day, the paint in the bathroom was peeling and the drain in the shower was slow, I had to make sure the drain wasn't down, it was so slow.
