1. We did and the following morning when we went to check out we found out the person who parked our car hit a pole in the garage and caused a decent amount of damage to my car.

9. The customer service was ok but look at your bill before you check out because they will try to charge you for things you never used or you have already paid for.

10. The price was reasonable and it was definitely acceptable but you may want to check out one of the other downtown hotels if you travel to Cincinnati.
