1. make sure you check your charges very carfully, I was double charged for my parking, had a dry cleaning charge added that wasn't mine and my room rate was incorrect.

8. they charge for internet(as does every downtown hotel) but if you sign up for their free Hyatt membership club, you get free internet during your stay.
