1. I fully expected to pick up a small, limp towel after my shower because of the reviews and instead I picked up a thick, freshly laundered towel.

3. I had a bathroom with a walk-in shower which looked small and awkward at first glance, but I found it much more spacious than a tub and much more pleasant.

4. The only dirty culprits I found was the mildew on the shower head, a stain on the bottom of the tub, and another stain inside one of the 'unsed' coffee cups.

5. Hotel room had two phones-only one with a phone cord, bunk beds for kids were heavily damaged, along with the shower head, towel rack @ door and our room 201 window was right next to the kitchen roof top and A/C lots of nice.

6. Think it cant get any worse, think again,,,,the fire alarm would go off every time someone used the shower due to the steam and a poor ventilation system.

9. The shower tray in our room didn't drain properly meaning after a shower there was always a pool of stagnant water at one end.
