4. The rooms, we had a suite, was very nice and comfortable, the bath very adequate, it accommmated two adults, two preteens and two teens with no problems.

7. It is very clean, nice, well-maintained, has a super-friendly staff, in-room fridge, comfy bed and pillows, quiet rooms facing away from the street, elevator, pool and inviting jacuzzi (bring your bathing suit even in winter- I forgot mine).
