1. Everyone was very friendly, especially the gal at the front desk (Kate?) The handicapped rooms were great--roll-in showers and plenty of room.

2. The only things I didn't care for or wasn't impressed by were the absence of an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which made getting ready after taking a shower like trying to get ready in a sauna HOT AND STEAMY.

3. Beds are comfortable and room was clean, except the tile grout in the shower shows mildew stains which could and should be easily cleaned with a good tile cleaning product.

6. Housekeeping threw out a full bottle of water, the shampoo bottle I had in the shower, and some plastic bags I had to transport things such as my razor and our toothbrushes, yet, they left an empty bottle on the floor.
