1. Second, the mechanism used to turn on the shower was very difficult to operate, the entire faucet pulled away from the wall by at least an inch, and both the shower head and faucet ran at the same time, making for less than stellar water force.

2. also the hot water took ages to come on in our room, and the tap in the shower kept moving itself back to cold which was a little annoying, but that's easily fixed.

3. Mediocre things - it was weak on the amenities one likes in a really good hotel - smallish room, wifi pretty weak but expensive, no bathrobe, shower went from too hot to too cold with a tiny touch.

7. The bathroom is either showing its age or lack of maintenance, the shower although having great pressure the shower head just dangled from the wall and basically shot straight down towards the drain, versus out towards the back of the tub.
