1. Located at the intersection of H and 11th, the Grand Hyatt offers clean and spacious rooms, a Starbucks, restaurant, and, for an additional fee, the Grand Lounge open all day and providing snacks and soft drinks.

2. The only real downside was that the hotel used a fitness center next door and there was a fee to use it (although the pool was free).

5. You'll have to subscribe to the Hyatt WiFi network and pay a fee to use your smart phone, computer, or tablet--even if you have 3G or 4G subscription with a standard carrier.

10. We arrived they had the reservation with additional cost/fees of more than $800.00 we disputed the costs but to check -in we had to pay cash $300 up front additional to the card swipe.
