1. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are a bit on the small-side, and we had kept having a problem with the soap/shampoo dispenser, which kept leaking into the tub and eventually fell off the wall.

2. We missed having a king-sized bed and bathrobes, and we did not like the tiny tub/toilet room separate from the vanity/sink area.

3. We were shocked to find that the floor was still saturated and the tub was nasty(we know this b/c we put a towel down to take a shower and the towel was still there), and the carpet was still not vacuum.

Cons:- The room smelled like mildew - Bathroom size is beyond small - there is not enough room to close the bathroom door from the bathroom, you have to stand in the tub in order to close the doorPros:- Excellent air conditioner unit - very quiet - Free breakfast includes fresh cut fruit - There is free internet accessIf you have to choose between staying at Hyatt or Rosen, chose Hyatt, or, better yet, stay at home.

8. Dressing area with sink is separate from the commode/tub (this may be the only drawback as this space is very small).

9. Sinks had slow drains, the beds were Ok, the carpet worn, bathroom was so small and you bumped right up next to the tub.

10. The rooms were nice equipped with a fridgerator, sitting area and a large screen TV, beds were comfortable, dressing/makeup vanity outside of the bathroom - bathroom consisted of a shower/tub combo and toilet.
