1. (Though other Hyatt Place properties I've stayed at do have that sort of decor, which is why I think the website just shows generic, stock photos.

2. The decor is modern, wtih a good desk, wet bar with fridge (which I think is great for keeping water cold), an enormous flat panel tv, adequate bathroom, and nice bed.
