1. When the maids do show up and clean your room, you do not get new towels or lotion unless you ask and the towel placed on the bathroom floor is folded again, even when it is wet.

5. They sent some man up who asked what I needed done - I asked him to replace towels & make up the bed - he asked me if I wanted the whole bed made up - last I checked that was the only way I knew to do it.
