4. I had an unsatisfactory visit with this hotel and when I contacted the hotel, the manager was EXTREMELY prompt in responding to my concerns and took immediate action to remedy the situation.

7. When I checked in I had to wait for the manager to stop flirting with the desk agents than when he finally acknowledged us he seemed fake and arrogant, even to the extent that he mentioned how he was pulling the wait of all the people he had to just layoff.

Upon taking it to the front desk at checkout and being informed by the manager in charge we would be credited the cost of our room for the night the General Manager John Cousins informed me he would not credit the room and would end the conversation unless we would take the 25% off the room cost for the night.

10. Advertise room service, and then don't have it, restaurant sucks and so does service, manager even sent up a breakfast menu for me to place outside my door, the next morning it was still there and the morning supervisor said no room service at all.
