8. This hotel is kind of a landmark in Tucson and has been here for many years, and while it has seen better days, for right now it`s a fairly good value.

9. Suggestion: they need to do a free buffet breakfast for guests like Embassy Suites or Fairfield by Marriott, that would help add value in the customer`s mind.
