7. Grungy red carpet, headboards poorly painted on the wall, a basket of towels on the bathroom floor (once the towels were removed, the basket itself revealed the need for a good cleaning), a pool lined in candle light and utterly exposed to the road through a depressing chain link fence, inconsistent wireless internet, and a small living room area where you could have coffee in the morning with the owners or take a yoghurt tub to fill with ice from the old refrigerator in what was clearly the owner's personal space.
"La Siesta #1?? " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/6/2009 Vote
8. Also the very thick towels in the room as well as pool side were a first for me as I like to stay in motels over hotels and are used to the dingy little wash clothes they call towels.
