1. It's spotlessly clean, the rooms have some design flair and retro styling, the manager/owener was unbelievably friendly and helpful (he printed out restaurant details and gave us lots of soft drinks on arrival), the pool and garden terrace are pleasant and the location is perfect for the must-see desert museum and desert national park.

2. The location is not the most fantastic in terms of convenience - there is only an OK Mexican restaurant within walking distance.

3. The rooms are lovely, the garden is very enjoyable, the price great, the location was next to the Suntran Busstop (5 minutes to downtown) the Gemride, a great Mexican restaurant and a student breakfast lunch place.

5. I thought this hotel was very comfortable, flat screen TV, work area, pool, etc. The location is ideal for a business traveler, as there are great restaurants catty corner from the hotel (North, RA sushi).
