For those interested in local culture, it's located very near Tucson's vibrant

The rooms are lovely, the garden is very enjoyable, the price great, the location was next to the Suntran Busstop (5 minutes to
downtown
) the Gemride, a great Mexican restaurant and a student breakfast lunch place.

Thanks to Trip Advisor, we read all the positive reviews about this place in Tucson, close to
downtown
yet close to the mountains and hiking, etc. It FAR surpassed our expectations.

downtown
Tucson, the northern resorts/restaurants, the western 'must-see's like the Desert Museum and Saguaro National Park, and Interstate 10.
