1. Full clean bath with fluffy towels, Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows.

2. Our room was clean (and my companion and I are both VERY picky about such things), the towels were plentiful, and housekeeping left the room tidy and organized before our return each day.

9. The only improvements I would suggest are that the faucet in the bathroom needs to be longer to make washing the hands easier and there needs to be four bath towels and not just three.
