3. We were getting our daughter off to college so it was close to campus and the malls (Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, etc.) which made it ideal for us.

4. It makes no sense to have a room for four with only three bath towels.

5. The only improvements I would suggest are that the faucet in the bathroom needs to be longer to make washing the hands easier and there needs to be four bath towels and not just three.
