1. I go upstairs, take off my swimsuit and saw that the hot tub water faded my brand new suit I had only just purchased the day before when we arrived in San Diego.

5. The front desk clerk took the suit and receipt to the back to a manager, I guess and they refused to refund because the suit's label said 'do not bleach'.

6. But if you platinum status gets you a suite, and the number has a '30' in it, (730 in my case) realize that you'll be at least listening to the elevator go up and down.

9. Upon checkout, after having washed my suit twice and the smell was still there (and of course the color was ruined), I asked if it were possible to refund my money for the suit since I had just purchased it ( I presented the receipt and everything).
