1. We did find the pillows to be too high and big, the room (esp floors) weren't always cleaned, no towels poolside (had to bring own from room), towels were thin and worn, and the kid's wading pool wasn't very impressive.

2. The rooms were clean every day however when we asked for them not to clean they left towels and supplies every time and at the end of the trip we had a huge pile of unused towels.
