1. The room was spacious but the mattress was lumpy, the sheets were clean but worn, and the towels were very rough.

5. On the negative side, TV's need an upgrade - old big box TV's with VCR's - the towels at poolside were small and threadbare - Motel 6 has better - the hot tub was not heated during our entire stay - there were not enough seats poolside.
