4. I recently stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in a 2 bedroom suite with my parents and younger brother:Pros:- Huge room for a great price- Breakfast buffet included ( 4 hot items- egg and bacon and sausage with a rotating 4th dish such as hash browns or skillet potatoes, oatmeal, grits, waffles, several bread items including bagels, toast and muffins, cereals, yogurt and granola as well as lots of fruit, OJ, apple juice and coffee)- decent sized pool (3.5 to 5 ft) with a hot tub- lots of towels outside (plenty of chairs outside as well)- fitness room was pretty updated- employees for the most part were very friendly ( one of the concierge ladies was not though)-sells disney tickets as well as offers ideas for local trips-one computer with printer for guests - great flat screen tvs ( 3 in our suite)- great location ( 3 miles from seaworld and down the street from the WDW entrance- loads of shops and restaurants nearby also but they are not walking distance)Cons:-rooms are slightly outdated (old wooden cabinets, tacky kitchen floor, wallpaper falling off in bathroom)-room service was not that great ( sometimes asked them to clean our room again because the first time was done poorly- they agreed however never showed) **note if you leave anything on your bed they will not make it-asked the front desk to fix the leaky pipe in my bathroom and that was never done-very tiny entranceOverall, I would stay here again if coming back to Orlando.
