1. It is clean, well maintained and the staff ensures that all of the customers needs are met.

3. It seems like even the hotel staff through various times of the days were using it to cater their supply carts etc which added to the wait times.

4. However, it seemed this time the front desk staff was a lot more attentive which I could only attribute to the fact that a well dressed font desk manager was now present (think his name was Mark).

5. Although we were happy to get our room within 15 mins, it would have been all the more better if immidiately upon entry the staff seemed more engaged without the presence of the manager.

6. Although we didn't get a warm and friendly reception, the staff at that time were courteous and told us the room was unavailable and to return in about 20 mins.
