6. Nice big thick towels, very comfortable beds, free wireless, free coffee and popcorn in the room, etc. Great included breakfast with hot food.

7. We never requested room service, just did a towel exchange and even took our own trash to the housekeeping staff so am not sure what to expect in that area, while they were always pleasant for the little bit I dealt with them in exchanging towels and trash.
