The people running the
breakfast
area were very nice, with one lady going from table to table to keep coffee refilled and to whisk away the dirty dishes.

They have great front desk staff, friendly

staff, and a shuttle that will take you not only to/from the airport, but also up to the Gaylord Opryland area, which was a huge plus.
