1. We had booked the apartment for two separate nights (in Memphis in between) and we were able to take just an overnight bag to Memphis and leave our large cases at the hotel, free of charge.

2. I was told that I was not being charged for the room; however I was not told that the amount of the room and then some would be frozen on my charge card and I would not be able to access the funds during my stay.
