2. We had similar problems of getting enough towels for the four of us staying a room with two double beds, whcih I would have thought would have been standard.

3. In addition,there was no in-room wireless and the in-room wired connection was an expensive extra (OK - there was free wireless in the lobby but that is no good for privacy), the bathrooms were very tired and the towels tiny.

7. Then as I was going into my room, the room service ladies seen that I had my kids with me, and knew there were not enough towels, with in 5 minutes, they knocked on my door and gave us a stack of fresh clean towels.

9. It would have been nice if there had been towels in the pool area so that you did not have to drip water into the workout area.
